  1. Eligibility for the Heat Bonus

    • The applicant is eligible for the Heat Bonus if they submit an application to Aplus Energy GmbH (hereinafter Ostrom) within the specified deadline and meet the terms and conditions after review.

    • The applicant must be an active Ostrom customer at the time of both application and receipt of the Heat Bonus.

  2. Amount and Payment of the Heat Bonus

    • The Heat Bonus is 200,00 € (gross) and will be paid exclusively through the applicant's annual electricity bill.

    • Only one bonus is granted per newly installed heating unit from Vaillant Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG.

    • The applicant will receive the bonus within 6 weeks of submitting the application to Ostrom.

  3. Requirements for Application

    • To apply for the Heat Bonus, the applicant must complete a form. The data will then be verified by Vaillant. If the eligibility is confirmed, the Heat Bonus will be credited and paid via the annual electricity bill.

    • The applicant must also be the operator of the heat pump.

    • The heat pump must have been installed after 01.01.2024, and before 31.12.2025.

    • The Heat Bonus can only be claimed for the following Vaillant models: versoTHERM, recoCOMPACT, aroTHERM, geoTHERM, flexoTHERM.

  4. Application Deadline and Submission

    • The application must be submitted to Ostrom by 31.12.2025.

    • Additionally, the application must be made within 2 years of the heat pump’s installation.

  5. Combination Options

    • The voucher can only be combined with government funding or other promotional offers and discounts from Aplus Energy GmbH. It cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or price reductions from Vaillant Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG.

  6. Disclaimer

    • Ostrom is not liable for technical issues that may affect participation in the program or delays outside of Ostrom's control.

  7. Changes and Termination of the Program

    • Ostrom reserves the right to adjust the terms and conditions or terminate the program early if significant reasons arise that require changes.

  8. Data Protection

    • The data collected as part of the application will be processed according to our privacy policy. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

  9. Legal Recourse and Jurisdiction

    • Legal recourse is excluded.

    • The terms and conditions are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is Germany.
