As long as your electricity price is still above 40 ct/kWh on the cut-off date of March 01, 2023, you are entitled to the relief.

These will then be paid out by the supplier who is supplying you at that time. In our case, the relief is automatically credited to your contract account and offset against the budget billing for the month of March.

If you - like almost all of our customers - are below the relief limit on March 1, 2023, you will not be eligible for the electricity price brake and will not receive the relief figures for January and February. Unfortunately, this is provided for in the law, and we do not find it logical.
