I didn't get a code to log in to the app - what can i do?

If you do not receive the confirmation email with the login-code within 15 minutes, you have two options. You can either:

1. If your phone number has been saved correctly in your user account, you can also have the security code sent to you by SMS. First enter your e-mail address in the login field and select "Next". Then click on "Forgot password?" and then on "Resend code by SMS".
2. If the first step does not work, please send us a message via live chat or email to [email protected]. We will verify your account manually and send you your login credentials.
