To connect your electric vehicle with the Ostrom app and benefit from smart charging, follow this step-by-step guide:
Note: The Ostrom App is currently only available on Smartphones!
1. Download the Ostrom App
Download the Ostrom app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
2. Open the App and Log In
Open the app and log in using your Ostrom customer credentials.
3. Add Your Vehicle
Navigate to Devices in the bottom menu bar.
Select your vehicle by clicking on Connect New Smart Device.
Select EV Charging and click on Next
5. Set up Connection
Click on Next to read all information or to skip, click on Skip Intro
Select EV and click on Continue
Click on Continue
Select your vehicle brand
Depending on your vehicle model, you will be prompted to log in with your vehicle account (e.g. Tesla, Audi, BMW).
Enter the required credentials to establish the connection.
6. Vehicle is connected
After a successful connection, you can find and control your vehicle in the device overview.
