In your Ostrom app, only one account per manufacturer can be connected at a time. This means:
You can currently connect only one account per manufacturer - all EVs under that same account will automatically appear in your Ostrom app.
Multiple accounts from the same manufacturer cannot be connected simultaneously.
Special case BMW – see below ⚠️
📌 Typical scenarios
Scenario 1
You have several EVs from one manufacturer (e.g., Mercedes), and all vehicles are registered under the same account.
→ Then all your vehicles will automatically be connected ✅
Scenario 2
You have several EVs from the same manufacturer, but they’re registered under different accounts.
→ Then you can only connect one account, meaning only one EV ❌
💡 Tip: If possible, move your EVs into one manufacturer account - so you can manage all your vehicles in your Ostrom app.
⚠️ Special case: BMW
For BMW, only one EV per vendor account can currently be connected at a time. This limitation comes from the BMW interface, not the Ostrom app.
