After signing up, you will receive an email with your personalized code to share with your friends and family. If you can't find the code, we will be happy to help you in our live chat.
You can also see, copy and share your personal code there under Referrals in the app.
To receive the referral bonus, a few requirements must be met:
Your contract must have been in place for at least 2 weeks
Your contract and the contract of the referred person must be confirmed by the grid operator and the supply must have started
Once you share your code and your referral has their contract signup confirmed, we will add your referral bonus to your Ostrom wallet. There, you will have two options for your rewards:
Deduct 50€ from your invoice: Simply open the Ostrom app, go to the "Credit" section, and select the deduction option. This will reduce your next invoice amount by 50 €.
Shop with 100€ at the Ostrom Store: Open the Ostrom app, go to the "Credit" section, and choose the shopping option. You can spend your 100 € credit on various products available at the Ostrom Store.
