How to qualify for the referral bonus
For Referrers
Invited someone? Here is how you can receive a bonus:
You must have an active contract with Ostrom for at least two weeks.
The person you referred must also have an active contract, and their energy supply must have started.
Once everything is confirmed, your bonus will appear in Rewards.
For Referees
Signing up with a referral code? You can also receive a bonus:
Stay with Ostrom for at least 11 months to receive your bonus in your Rewards.
Both you and the referrer need to have active contracts with us.
What counts as an active contract?
An active contract means your registration has been confirmed by the grid operator and your energy supply has started. Your contract must not be cancelled. 🙂
How to use your referral rewards
Once your referral is confirmed, your bonus appears in Rewards. Depending on availability, you can use bonuses in the following ways:
Apply them to your invoice (annual invoice or an interim invoice on request), or
Redeem them in the Ostrom Store
Please note: Once you choose how to redeem a bonus, the decision cannot be changed.
