You will receive your bonus after both contracts are active and the energy supply has started for the person you referred. In addition, you need to have an active contract with Ostrom for at least two weeks.
Once everything is confirmed, we will add your bonus to Rewards in the Ostrom App. You can redeem bonuses in two ways:
invoice reduction (applied to your next annual invoice or an interim invoice you request), or
redeem it at the Ostrom Store
Please note: Ostrom does not issue monthly invoices for SimplyFair, SimplyFair12, and SimplyDynamicMonthly. Invoices are issued as annual invoices, or as interim invoices upon request.
