🌟 Example: How to use your Rewards
Elinor has referred Ostrom to many friends and collected 1000€ in Rewards. She can use this credit flexibly and choose the option that suits her best.
🛒 Option A: Use rewards in the Ostrom Store
Elinor decides to spend the full 1000€ in the Ostrom Store.
→ Her remaining rewards balance is 0€.
🛒 Option A: Use rewards in the Ostrom Store
Alternatively, Elinor can apply the full 1000€ to her next invoice.
The amount will appear as a credit on the invoice, next to the paid monthly advance payments. If her total payments exceed her actual consumption, we will pay out the remaining credit to her.
The credit can be applied either to the regular annual invoice or to an interim invoice requested by Elinor.
→ Her remaining Rewards balance is also 0€.
🔄 Combining both options
Elinor can also split her Rewards credit. For example:
200€ used in the Ostrom Store
800€ applied as an invoice credit or saved for a future purchase in the Ostrom Store
