At Ostrom, we focus on clear and understandable pricing with a fixed monthly base fee. No tricks, no complicated pricing tiers, and no “free offers” that aren’t really free in the end.
🎁 Ostrom referral code
When you invite friends, family, or acquaintances to Ostrom using your referral code, you can receive a bonus.
This bonus will be shown as a Reward in the Ostrom App.
🔄 What has changed
We’ve updated our bonus system to make it more flexible and usage-based:
The bonus amount is no longer fixed and may change over time
Bonuses can be redeemed either as
a invoice credit, or
a voucher for the Ostrom Store
on a 1:1 basis
The previous double value in the Ostrom Store no longer applies
🤝 Referral conditions
👉 For referrers
To receive a bonus, the following conditions apply:
You must have an active Ostrom contract for at least two weeks
The referred person must also have an active contract, and energy supply must have started
Once everything is confirmed, your bonus will appear in your Rewards
🌱 For new customers
If you sign up using a referral code:
You’ll receive a welcome bonus, paid out monthly over 12 months
The bonus amount depends on consumption thresholds
An active contract is required to continue receiving the monthly payouts
