Ostrom Referral Program
When you invite friends or family to Ostrom using your referral code, you can receive a referral bonus added to Rewards in your Ostrom App.
What has changed
Our referral bonus system has been updated to be more flexible and usage-based:
Referral bonus amounts are no longer fixed. The value can vary and may change over time.
Bonuses can be redeemed for invoice reduction or in the Ostrom Store at a 1:1 value. (The previous “double value” in the store no longer applies.)
Referral Conditions
For Referrers
To receive a referral bonus:
You must have an active contract with Ostrom for at least two weeks.
The person you referred must also have an active contract, and their energy supply must have started.
Once confirmed, your bonus will appear in Rewards.
For Referees
When you sign up using a referral code:
You receive a welcome bonus paid monthly over 12 months.
The bonus amount depends on usage thresholds.
You must have an active contract to continue receiving the monthly payouts.
Both you and the referrer need active contracts.
