As owner or tenant, you are free to choose the meter operator. Therefore, you don't need any specific permission for the installation of your new Smart Meter β just contact us, and we'll take care of everything else!
Please note that your current meter must be accessible for the Smart Meter installation. If the meter is located in a locked room or is difficult to access, we recommend you to inform your landlord/property management or metering point operator to ensure a smooth installation process.
