I have a smart meter and use the SimplyFair tariff. Do I still need to submit my meter reading?

No, you don’t need to!

Through the smart meter we will automatically receive your meter reading once a month, even with our SimplyFair tariff. Therefore, it is no longer necessary for you to manually submit your meter reading through our app.
