No, you don’t need to!

Through the smart meter we will automatically receive your meter reading once a month, even with our SimplyFair tariff. Therefore, it is no longer necessary for you to manually submit your meter reading through our app.

However, you can still submit your meter readings through the Ostrom app at any time for your personal consumption overview.
