To keep our service running smoothly, we charge a transparent monthly base fee of €6 in the SimplyFair and SimplyDynamic tariffs. The Ostrom fee is part of your base fee and is charged alongside the fixed grid fees from your local grid operator. It covers, among other things:
our customer service
invoicing
communication with the energy market
