With self-service, you handle things instantly and save time. You stay in control of your contract β and we can focus on the requests that need more attention.
π‘ There's a lot you can do directly in the Ostrom App without waiting for our support team, for example:
Rewards: View referrals
Account: Change password, manage push notifications, update personal details, request a security code via SMS, change language
Contract: Change contract name, create an additional contract, submit a cancellation, edit billing address, view current and past prices
Meter reading: Submit and view meter readings
Payments: Change payment method, adjust monthly deposit, view payments, view and download invoices

π‘ The monthly deposit can only be adjusted for SimplyFair, SimplyFair12, SimplyFair24, or SimplyDynamic Monthly. The SimplyDynamic plan has no deposit β we issue a monthly invoice instead.

Available payment methods:
SEPA direct debit β the amount is automatically debited from your account
Manual bank transfer β you transfer the amount yourself. A few days before the due date, you'll receive our bank details by email.
No app access or international IBAN? Send us your IBAN and account holder name β we'll take care of the change.

Please note:
For new contracts, submissions are only possible from the delivery start date.
Error message? Send us a screenshot.
Submitted the wrong reading? Send us the correct reading including the date.
When Do I Need to Submit a Meter Reading?
Only if you don't have a smart meter β or if we haven't received consumption data from your metering point operator yet.
With a smart meter, manual submissions are usually not needed. We automatically receive a meter reading from your metering point operator at the end of each month.
