HT/NT stands for Hochtarif and Niedertarif. These meters have two counters which measure the consumption for two different time zones (during the day and during night).
โ€‹
If your meter is used for household electricity, you can easily sign up for the SimplyFair rate on our website. The grid operator will inform us whether there is a heat pump or storage heater at your home, and we will automatically adjust your tariff accordingly.
โ€‹
The terms of our heating tariff align precisely with our SimplyFair tariff. Please note that we make no distinction between peak and off-peak rates (HT and NT) โ€”the unit price remains the same at all times.
โ€‹
That means: if you need to provide two meter readings, we charge the same unit price to both registers (HT: 1.8.1 and NT: 1.8.2). You can easily calculate the energy price using our tariff calculator: https://join.ostrom.de/tariff-plan?&language=en
