Please note that our Ostrom Price Cap has been available to you since the beginning of 2024, independent of the statutory electricity price cap (Strompreisbremse) introduced by the German Federal Government. The latter was designed as a temporally limited relief package to cushion the high costs of the energy crisis and expired on 31.12.2023 – more information can be found here.
