My heat pump consistently shows an EVU block, why?

Usually, there is a technical problem with the heat pump.

If you're not familiar with the heat pump, ask a certified heating technician (Heizungsinstallateur) to inspect it. You can find one via your local trades directory or the heat pump's manufacturer support page.

If the technician rules out a fault, contact your local network operator (Netzbetreiber). You'll find their name and contact details on your last grid usage bill or at netzbetreiber.de. If you need help identifying them, message us in the Ostrom app chat.
