We can only terminate your current contract under standard conditions.
âSpecial terminations must be submitted by you directly to your current provider.
â How does the switch work with a special termination?
Please cancel your contract yourself with your special termination right.
Wait for confirmation of the termination from your current supplier.
Then sign up with Ostrom.
⥠When does Ostrom start supplying?
As soon as your old contract ends, we request the start of your supply for the next day, following the rules of the 24-hour supplier switch.
You'll usually receive your contract confirmation within 24 hours after signing up.
