📅 Your annual invoice
Every month, you pay a deposit based on your estimated yearly consumption.
Once a year, you’ll receive an annual invoice that reflects your actual usage. We check your energy consumption based on your meter readings.
Example: If you registered on 01.07.2024, you will receive your annual invoice on 30.06.025.
🔁 If you paid too much, you will receive a refund.
💸 If you paid too little, you'll need to pay the outstanding amount to Ostrom.
