🔹 For Android devices
Open the Phone app.
Enter

.The “Test” menu will open automatically.
Select “Phone information”.
Under Signal strength, you’ll see a value in dBm – note it down.
Alternatively: Settings → About phone → Status → SIM status.
🍏 For iPhones (Field Test Mode)
Turn off WiFi.
Open the Phone app.
Enter

and tap Call.The Field Test Mode will start:
iOS 16 and newer: You’ll see the FTM Dashboard. Note the value under “LTE” → “RSRP”.
iOS 15 and older: Tap “LTE”, then “Serving Cell Measurement”. Note the value under “RSRP” or “rsrp0”.
To exit: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen or press the Home button (on older models).
📊 Understanding the values (RSRP in dBm)
-50 to -85 dBm → Excellent to very good signal ✅
-85 to -90 dBm → Good signal 👍
-90 to -100 dBm → Fair/adequate signal 🤔
-100 to -110 dBm → Weak signal, calls often still possible 📞
Below -110 dBm → Very poor or no signal ❌
👉 Good to know: The closer the value is to 0 (less negative), the stronger your signal.
