How is billing handled in SimplyFair12?

You pay a monthly deposit based on your estimated yearly consumption.
Yearly consumption reconciliation
Once per year, or when you cancel your contract, we compare:
If you consumed less than you paid → you receive a refund
If you consumed more → you receive an additional invoice

How is the monthly deposit calculated?
Your monthly deposit is based on:
Your estimated annual consumption
The SimplyFair12 energy price (with 12-month guarantee)
The monthly base fee (7 € + grid operator fee)
Formula:
(Estimated annual consumption × energy price) + (12 × base fee) ÷ 12
You can adjust your monthly deposit at any time in the app if your usage changes.
