How to Update Your Payout Details

Explains how to update your bank account details for refunds directly in the Ostrom App via More → Payments.

You can now update your payout details directly in the Ostrom App – no need to contact support. This ensures any refunds are sent to the right bank account.


💸 Where to find it

Ostrom App: More → Payments


📝 What you'll need

  • Account holder name – the name on the bank account

  • IBAN – the bank account number you'd like refunds sent to

Enter both fields and tap Confirm to save your details.


✅ What happens next

Your payout details are updated immediately. Any future refunds – for example from your annual or final invoice – will be transferred to the account you entered.
