No more retroactive registration – Everything must happen in advance
Future start dates only – Your grid operator can only register us as your supplier for a date in the future
24-hour response time – Your old supplier and grid operator must respond within 24 hours
Switch any business day – Monday, Wednesday, Friday – no set switch days anymore. Weekends? We start on the next business day
💡 Our tip: Register your move or switch at least 14 days in advance. That way you avoid supply gaps.
📝 What Stays the Same?
Your cancellation period still applies – Existing contracts must be terminated normally
Minimum contract terms still count – Your old contract's regular terms remain in effect
Special termination rights? – You'll need to cancel those yourself
🆔 You Need Your Market Location ID
Find your Market Location ID (MaLo-ID) on your electricity invoice or ask your grid operator. It identifies your delivery point on the electricity grid.
Don't have it? No problem. Sign up with your meter number instead – we'll handle the rest with your grid operator.
