Since Ostrom is available throughout Germany, we are of course happy if you stay with us. However, since different grid operators also charge different grid usage fees, there is a possibility that your electricity costs may change slightly as a result of the move.
When you move, we will need the following information from you:
Your new address
Your new meter number
Your annual consumption (kWh) for this meter
The move-in and move-out date
