How can I transfer my contract?

Since Ostrom is available throughout Germany, we are of course happy if you stay with us. However, since different grid operators also charge different grid usage fees, there is a possibility that your electricity costs may change slightly as a result of the move.

When you move, we will need the following information from you:

  • Your new address

  • Your new meter number

  • Your annual consumption (kWh) for this meter

  • The move-in and move-out date
