π Meter Change: What You Need to Know
Thanks for reaching out about your meter change. Your old meter is still in our system as active meter, as we haven't received the meter change yet.
π Why Your New Meter Isn't Showing Yet
After a new meter is installed, the metering point operator needs to register it on the grid and send us the updated master data, including readings from the installation and removal. This process can take up to three months from the day your new meter was installed.
β‘ What Happens Next
Once we've received all the data from your metering point operator, your new meter details will update automatically in the Ostrom App. You don't need to do anything in the meantime.
π Still Not Updated After Three Months?
If your meter still hasn't updated in the Ostrom App after three months, please get in touch with us again. We'll then contact your metering point operator and request the missing data.
We know waiting isn't ideal, and we appreciate your patience. Unfortunately, we rely on your metering point operator to send us the data β this is outside our control.
