In this case, the meter change has not yet been reported to us and we still have your old meter on file.

Unfortunately, the change may take weeks or even months until your new smart meter has been correctly registered on the grid. We are doing everything we can to change this as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we have to rely on the cooperation of other market partners. The grid operator needs to do the change in their system and inform us about it.
