If there is only a weak signal at the meter location, it can be increased with an antenna. We can provide you with a free external antenna through our partner, including a 5-meter or 10-meter extension cable. However, you'll need to install it yourself.

Please get in touch with us after ordering your smart meter via live chat or the contact form to request the antenna for free. It will be delivered to your home before the installation appointment.
