The order is only submitted from your start of supply β once your contract is actively in supply and we have a cooperation with your grid operator.
π€ Why is the order not submitted earlier?
The order can only be submitted once:
your contract is active and supply has started
This ensures:
correct assignment
smooth coordination with the grid operator
π What happens if my start of supply is in the future?
Your contract may already be confirmed, but if your start of supply is, for example, in 4 months:
the order will not be submitted immediately
the process will only start at your start of supply
π This means you will need to wait until your start of supply
β Do I need to take any action?
No β we will automatically initiate the process once your contract is actively in supply.
π¬ What happens after the order is submitted?
Once the order has been submitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email, including an order ID and a description of the next steps.
