We’ll send your switch request to the grid operator and your current energy supplier. Sometimes you’ll get a reply within 30 minutes – but it can take up to 14 business days.Start of supply:
As soon as your cancellation period ends, the grid operator sends us your final meter reading – and Ostrom takes over your electricity supply.

Then you benefit from the new and fast 24-hour supplier switch:

Your current supplier and the grid operator are legally required to respond to our registration request within 24 hours.Earliest start: 24 hours after signup:
⚠️ Important: The start date of your supply must be in the future – and at the earliest 24 hours after you sign up. Retroactive registrations are no longer possible.Recommendation:
Please sign up at least 14 days before your preferred start date – that way, there's enough time for cancellations and a smooth handover.
