When you receive your end-of-year bill or final bill in the event of termination, we compare your actual electricity consumption with the amount you have already paid.
If you have used less than you have paid, you will receive a refund. If you used more than you paid, we will bill you for the difference.
Direct Debit (SEPA)
In case you are owed a refund, we will transfer the amount to your account. In case an amount is owed to us, we will deduct this directly from your account
Manual Bank Transfer
If there is a difference to be paid, we will ask you to tell us your bank account details so that we can transfer to or deduct from your account.
