What happens if I use more or less electricity than estimated?

When you receive your end-of-year invoice or final invoice in the event of termination, we compare your actual electricity consumption with the amount you have already paid.

If you have used less than you have paid: you will receive a refund.

If you used more than you paid: we will bill you for the difference.

In case you are owed a refund, we will transfer the amount to your account. In case an amount is owed to us, we will attempt to collect it via direct debit. If the direct debit fails, we will NOT retry it automatically β€” you will need to transfer the outstanding amount manually to our bank account.

If there is a difference to be paid, you will need to transfer the amount manually to our bank account. We will send you the bank details and the payment reference to use.
