You can easily submit your meter reading right in the Ostrom app: Home → Add meter reading
💡 Don’t forget to enter the correct date for your meter reading.

You can also use this form (here) to send us your reading.
👉 You will receive a confirmation email right after.
📌 Important
For new contracts: You can only submit meter readings after your supply start date (as confirmed in your contract).
📡 Got a smart meter? If we already receive your live consumption data, you won’t see the option to submit meter readings in the app anymore. Don’t worry – we automatically get a monthly reading at the end of each month. There’s no need to do anything on your end.
