If you cannot enter your meter reading, it can be for three different reasons:
Your supply has not yet started. If this is the case, we would ask you to wait for the first delivery day and then enter your meter reading.
βIt may also be that your consumption is lower or higher than expected. In this case, your meter reading falls into our systems plausibility check, and we will check it in a timely manner. If you are not sure whether you are entering the correct meter reading, you can simply send us a picture of the meter via live chat.
