If you can’t enter your meter reading, there may be three possible reasons:
📱 1. App is not up to date
Please check that you have the latest version of the Ostrom app installed on your iOS or Android device. Older versions can cause issues with entering your meter reading.
⏳ 2. Your supply hasn’t started yet
You can only enter your meter reading starting from the first day of your electricity supply. Please wait until that day and try again.
⚖️ 3. Plausibility check due to unusual readings
If your meter reading is significantly higher or lower than expected, it will automatically go through a plausibility check in our system.
In this case, your reading will be reviewed manually. You don’t need to do anything.
