If you see a meter reading that you did not submit, it can have two causes:
As a supplier, we are in constant exchange with the metering company. They are responsible for your electricity meter and inform us of your meter reading.
If we do not receive a sufficient reading, then we create an estimate or request the meter reading from the meter operator.
