📲 Submitting your meter reading – here’s how it works
You can easily submit your meter reading right in the Ostrom app: Home → Add meter reading

🔃 I had a meter change and need to submit my meter reading for the annual invoice
If you’ve had a meter exchange, your Metering Point Operator usually sends us the updated meter data within up to 12 weeks after the change.
As long as the new meter is not yet visible in your app, you won’t be able to submit a meter reading for your annual billing.
In this case, please wait until we have received and processed the meter change.
⏳ If the meter exchange was more than 12 weeks ago and the new meter is still not visible in your app, please contact us via chat or the contact form so we can check this for you.
📡 Important
For new contracts: You can only submit meter readings after your supply start date (as confirmed in your contract).
Got a smart meter? If we already receive your live consumption data, you won’t see the option to submit meter readings in the app anymore. Don’t worry – we automatically get a monthly reading at the end of each month. There’s no need to do anything on your end.
