What should I do if my registration details are incorrect?

No worries—this happens a lot, and you’ll be able to complete your registration with just a few adjustments.

To complete your registration, please verify the following details:

  • Full Name: A common mistake is that the old contract is under a different name, such as your partner’s. Make sure the name matches the one on the previous contract.

  • Full Address: Ensure the house number is correct, including any letters (like 5a). Sometimes, the meter may be registered under a different house number altogether.

  • Meter ID or Market Location ID: These can usually be found on your electricity bill. For more guidance, refer to our FAQs on finding both your Meter ID and Market Location ID.

Tip: If you’ve just moved in, your landlord can often provide this information and assist with ensuring details are correct.

Next Step: Once you have this information, please reply to the email where we informed you that the details were incorrect. In some cases, you may also be able to correct your details directly in the mobile app; if so, this option will be indicated in the email.
