What new deadlines apply starting June 6th?

  1. Registration/deregistration only for future dates: You can only sign up for your electricity contract for a date in the future. Retroactive registrations/deregistrations are no longer possible.

  2. Move-in/Move-out and supplier change: It’s best to register at least 14 days before your move-in/move-out date or supplier switch. This gives enough time to coordinate with the grid operator and your old supplier.

  3. 24-hour processing time: Grid operators and your previous supplier must confirm your registration or cancellation within 24 hours on working days.

  4. No switching on weekends/holidays: The 24-hour notice applies only on working days (Monday to Friday). Processes starting on weekends or holidays begin on the next working day.
