If you are not at home at the time of invoicing and cannot read the meter yourself, that's not a problem. You have the following options:
Submit meter reading in advance:
If you know that you won’t be available at the reading date (e.g., beginning or end of June), you can send us the meter reading a few days earlier. We will take it into account and create an estimate for the actual billing date based on this.
Submit meter reading later:
A delayed meter reading (e.g., during the first week of July) can still be used. If necessary, we can then adjust your bill accordingly.
No meter reading possible?
If you do not provide any meter reading - neither before nor after the billing date - we will estimate your consumption based on your previous readings.
Was an overestimated consumption used for your bill?
If your bill is based on an estimate that is higher than your actual meter reading, simply provide us with your current meter reading. We will then correct the bill accordingly.
