As your electricity supplier, we're in regular contact with your metering point operator – the company responsible for your meter. They share your meter reading with us directly, so you don't have to worry about it.


🔢 What happens if no meter reading is available?

If we don't receive a current reading, we'll either create an estimate or request the reading from your metering point operator.


📸 Is the meter reading incorrect?

Just send us a photo of your meter via chat. We'll check the value and correct it if needed.
