Do I need to submit my meter reading after cancellation?

Yes – we need your final meter reading for your closing invoice. How you submit it depends on your tariff.


📋 SimplyFair customers – App, Typeform, or chat

If you're on the SimplyFair tariff, you have several options to submit your final meter reading:

  • Ostrom App: Go to Home → Add meter reading and enter the reading with the date it was taken

  • Typeform: Use the form below and include the meter reading date


⚡ SimplyDynamic customers – no action needed

If you're on the SimplyDynamic tariff, you don't need to do anything. The metering point operator will automatically transmit your final meter reading to us.


✅ I've already submitted my meter reading – what happens next?

Once your meter reading has been submitted, your closing invoice will be processed and created by our billing team. You'll receive it by email and can also download it at any time in the Ostrom App under More → Payments → Invoices.

You don't need to do anything else – once we've received your meter reading, there's no need to contact us again.
