Why can't I enter my meter reading?

Did your supply just start less than 10 days ago?
If so, we're likely still waiting for important meter data from your local grid operator. These usually arrive 7–10 days after your supply start date.


What does the message "Meter needs to be updated" mean?

This message appears when your meter hasn’t yet been fully registered in our system.
The reason: We’re still missing some relevant data from the responsible grid operator.


When will I be able to enter my meter reading?

As soon as we receive the necessary data from the grid operator – typically within 7–10 days of your supply start – your meter will be activated in our system.
After that, you’ll be able to enter your reading in the app.


What should I do now?

  • Please wait a few more days.

  • Check the app regularly to see if the meter input is available.

  • If you're still unable to enter your reading 10 days after your supply started, feel free to contact us – we're happy to help!
