What is the minimum contract duration?

At Ostrom, we offer both flexible contracts without a minimum duration as well as contracts with 12- or 24-month terms.

This option is ideal if you don’t want to commit long-term.

Available with 12 or 24 months duration
Often come with more stable or lower prices
Please note:
Cancellation is only possible at the end of the contract term

If you’d like to cancel your contract, you can easily do so via the Ostrom app:

⏳ Notice period
Flexible contracts: 14 days notice period
Fixed-term contracts: Cancellation at the end of the contract term (afterwards, typically also 14 days notice depending on renewal conditions)
We ensure a smooth handover to the grid operator so your electricity supply continues without interruption.
