Unlike pretty much every other utility provider, we are against 12 or 24 month lock-in periods. We believe you should never pay for energy you aren't using, that's why we have no minimum contract period.
To cancel, simply just let us know via our Ostrom app - you’ll find it here (iOS) or here (Android) - and we'll cancel it within 14 days. (More → Contract → Cancel Contract)
This is to give us time to hand your contract over to the grid properly, and to be sure your home doesn't lose power during that time.
