If you have received a letter from your basic supplier that your electricity will be taken over by them, this may be because you have not yet registered with an energy supplier (or with us) or have not done so in time.
However, this is not a problem:
we will contact the grid operator and clarify the supply situation to ensure from which date we will actually supply you.
Please send us the letter you receive so that we can check.
Most of the time it's simply an overlap with your registration with a new energy supplier.
