You can usually find your previous supplier’s name on old energy bills or any correspondence you received from them. If you’re unsure, you might also contact the grid operator for help.
🏠 Just moved into a new property?
If you’ve moved into a new property, you’re not switching from a previous supplier, so we don’t need the name of a previous account holder. In this case, please provide us with your key handover date instead.
