🔢 Contract number instead of customer number
Please make sure to enter your contract number, not your customer number. These two are often confused.
You can find your contract number:
in your contract confirmation email, or
in the Ostrom app under More > Contract
📧 Different email address
The email address entered in the form must exactly match the email address associated with your Ostrom account.
💡 Important for sign-ups via price comparison website
If you signed up for Ostrom through a price comparison website, an anonymized email address was created for your contract. In this case, you must enter exactly this anonymized email address in the form – not your private email address.
